Revenue growth and cost reduction needn’t be mutually exclusive. I focus on three ‘levers’ of cost reduction.

Price reduction, but not at any price: I conduct a spend and service analysis to identify rapid and long term opportunities. I leverage volumes and consolidate your suppliers wherever practical. I engage with multiple suppliers to ensure active competition. I position your business as an attractive and prestigious potential client for suppliers. 

Supply chain and operational efficiency improvement: I optimise your stockholding for availability and cost, and ensure your supplies are received on time and in full. I seek to ensure continuous quality improvement of your raw materials in order to maximise operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Value engineering: I work with your team to understand which elements of procurement and supply chain are adding value to your operational effectiveness and your customers’ experience, and eliminate unnecessary costs. I build and lead cross functional teams to deliver “cost out” projects.
